The short version

This website belongs to PRZ Home Improvements LLC, a North Carolina company. By using it, you agree to these terms. The site exists to tell you about our work and make it easy to reach us — it isn't a contract for construction work.

Estimates and quotes

• Anything discussed through this site, by text, or by email is a preliminary estimate request, not a final price.
• A price becomes real only in a written estimate after a walkthrough, and work is governed by the written agreement we both sign — not by this website.
• Written estimates are based on the information available at the time and are valid for 30 days unless the estimate says otherwise. If the scope changes, the price is discussed and agreed before work continues.

Project photos on this site are our actual work. Content is provided for general information and may change without notice; we work to keep it accurate but don't guarantee it's error-free. The PRZ name, logo, and site content belong to PRZ Home Improvements LLC — please don't reuse them without permission.
