About PRZ
The name is
a promise.
Presentation. Reputation. Zeal. Three letters that carry the Perez family name — and the way we work.
PRZ carries the Perez family name. It also stands for the three things Joseph Perez decided this company would never compromise on: Presentation, Reputation, and Zeal.
Joseph spent years hands-on in the trades — kitchens, baths, roofs, and the fix-it lists in between — before putting his own name over the door.
When the work carries your family’s name, the details matter. How you show up. What you say. The way you leave someone’s home at the end of the day.
That’s our standard: treat your home with care, be honest about what it needs, and do the work heartily.
Presentation
Care in the finished work. Care for the job site each day. Your home deserves both.
Reputation
Our name is on the work. We earn your trust through clear communication and follow-through.
Zeal
Work done heartily. Bringing our attention and effort to the small details as well as the big ones.
The verse we build by
“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.”Colossians 3:23 · ESV
It’s on our logo because it’s how we work. Every cut, every tile, every nail — work done heartily.
